What to do first, and what we do about it.
Before anything else
Photograph the outer packaging and the lamp, including the damage. This is the one thing that cannot be done later.
Then email us
We ship a replacement the same week and arrange collection of the damaged one. You are never asked to pay return shipping on a damaged delivery.
