European Union
Free shipping on every order. Dispatched from Ghent within three to five business days and delivered by DPD, typically within two working days of dispatch. Customs and duties do not apply.
Returns are free for thirty days from delivery. We send a prepaid label; the lamp needs to be in its original packaging, though it does not need to be unopened.
United Kingdom
Shipping is €18. Orders are dispatched within three to five business days and delivered by DPD within three working days. Import VAT and duty are collected at checkout, so nothing is payable on delivery.
Returns are accepted for thirty days. Return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind returns, and at ours for anything faulty.
Switzerland and Norway
Shipping is €24. Import VAT is collected at checkout. Delivery is usually four to six working days after dispatch.
Thirty-day returns apply, with return shipping at your cost unless the lamp is faulty.
United States and Canada
Shipping is €38 and takes seven to ten working days. Duties and sales tax are collected at checkout. Every lamp ships with the correct plug for the destination and runs on 100–240V, so no adapter is needed.
Returns are accepted for thirty days. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return shipping, which is typically €30 to €45.
Australia and New Zealand
Shipping is €46 and takes ten to fourteen working days. GST is collected at checkout.
Thirty-day returns apply. Given the distance, contact us before returning anything — a fault can usually be resolved without sending the lamp back.
Everywhere else
We ship to most countries. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout once you enter an address. If your country does not appear, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
What happens if something arrives damaged
Photograph the packaging and the lamp before doing anything else, then email us. We ship a replacement the same week and arrange collection of the damaged one. You are never asked to pay for return shipping on a damaged delivery.
