Height and what they light. One sits on a desk and lights a surface. Tall stands on the floor and lights whoever is in the chair. Halo hangs over a table and lights the table. The optics, the dimming curve and the electronics are identical in all three.

Yes, and it is the intended case. All three run the same curve, so a room with two or three of them dims as one scheme rather than as separate lamps.

From 3,000K at full output down to 1,800K at the bottom of the range. 1,800K is roughly candlelight. The curve is not linear — it warms slowly through the top of the range and quickly through the bottom.

No. The lamps dim by lowering current rather than by switching the LED on and off rapidly, which is how most dimmers work. Measured flicker is 0 Hz at every setting.

It removes one of the things that interferes. Evening light suppresses melatonin, and how much depends on intensity and spectrum together rather than on colour alone — which is why these lamps lower both at once. Individual sensitivity varies enormously, so we will not promise you an outcome.

Yes, through the app or through Apple Home. The lamps also run a sensible curve on their own if you never open either.

Not for One or Tall — they plug into a socket. Halo is a pendant and needs a ceiling rose, so it needs an electrician unless you are replacing an existing pendant and are confident.

100–240V, so they work anywhere. The correct plug for your country is fitted before dispatch.

Between 2W and 11W depending on output. At the settings most people use in the evening it is closer to 3W.

No. The lamps work fully without it. The app adds scheduling, Apple Home automation, voice control, and the calibration that adjusts the curve to your own light sensitivity.

Sleep duration and efficiency from Apple Health, and only with your permission. It never writes to Health, and it has no access to heart rate, activity or anything else.

Not yet. The lamps themselves are unaffected — they run their curve regardless of what phone you carry.

Five years, and it transfers with the lamp if you sell or give it away.
