Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when the order leaves Ghent, which is three to five business days after it is placed. Assembly happens after the order, not before.
Why it is not instant
Every head is measured across its full dimming range before it goes in a box. A batch that drifts out of tolerance waits, and so does the order behind it.
