What is involved

Halo replaces an existing ceiling pendant. If there is already a rose and a live pendant in the position you want, the swap is a fifteen-minute job for a competent person.

When to call an electrician

If there is no existing pendant, if the ceiling is concrete, or if you are at all unsure which conductor is which — call one. The lamp is not worth an afternoon of guessing.

Setting the drop

Two collars are supplied. Fit one to shorten the cable to 140cm, both for 100cm. The default is 200cm, which suits a table at standard height in a room with a standard ceiling.
